Charles D “Chuck” Botelho
Charles D. “Chuck” Botelho 1951-2013
Charles D. "Chuck" BOTELHO 3/26/1951-5/18/2013 When he reaches the Pearly Gates and faces St. Peter and says "Another Marine reporting for duty Sir" and the Angel says "Semper Fi Charles! Job well done" he will be home. Charles passed quietly and peacefully at Covenant Hospice. He left this world to be in a place he didn't have to feel the emotional and physical pain he struggled with for many years. With Jesus in Heaven, he has found the peacefulness he deserves and is now at rest. He will be missed by many and remembered for his kind heart and devotion to his family and friends of which he had many. He would give you the shirt off his back if he thought you needed it. He served proudly and Honorably as an Officer in the United States Marine Corp to include a tour of duty in Vietnam. For 26 years he served the State of Florida as a Probation Specialist before retiring in 2008. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Janice, his daughters, Sharon Lentine (Chris), Sarah Purdy (Sean), Rachelle Petika (David) and Terri Brown (Jim). His sisters, Catherine Janson, Joyce Gagne and Christine Botelho and four Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Clara and Charles and his niece Kim Baxter.
